Lecture series on “General Relativity,” designed to prepare students for advanced research.

Sypnopsis

The talk will introduce a basic idea of Manifolds, Tangent Spaces and Tensors. Then we will move to Differential forms and the notion of a Metric, Connections and Curvature. Following that, if time allows, Parallel Transport.
